The Model S-24 L-Sealer features a simple design and quality components to ensure that uniformly strong seals are made every time. Centerfolded film is dispensed from a surface unwind unit and the folds of the film are separated so that the layers pass over and under the loading table. In operation, the operator inserts the product into the film and moves it onto the discharge conveyor. The operator presses the “SEAL” buttons, causing the sealing arm to lower to make the seal. The discharge conveyor removes the package to the shrink tunnel when the seal is complete.
The Model S-24 can be converted to an S-24B or S-24C machine in the field.
